Photo property and email to client.  Flush all toilets, Fill water pails, Check interior and exterior for any defects or pest problems, cleanup junk mail, blow off debris on front drive and walks, check outdoor water system and general overview.

Test the water for pH, Chlorine, alkalinity and phosphates.   Scrub sides and steps, clean debris from filter system, check water pump, heater, pool cleaner and general overview.  Sand filer backflush included.  DE, Sand and cartridge filter system cleaning every 4 months (additional charge) and additional chemicals to keep a safe and clean pool will be billed extra to the customer. I SHOW UP and Do What I Say!!

Handyman Service Rate.  I can do many different tasks, call or email what you need done and I will let you know if I am your man.  If I am not comfortable with the task, I will setup a professional to get a quote and take care of it upon your approval.
